Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

WOW! We are in Christmas week already. Where has the time gone? Yes – still no RV.

So where do we now stand? In my last post I did a survey. Thanks to everyone who participated. Seems the majority 78%+ believed the RV will happen sometime in early 2018 and I agree. The others 22%…shame on you! You are being tricked once again by these scammers. Better check their data and see if they are making more out of the news than what it really is. I know there is a hysteria over last week’s news. But does it really tell us the RV is imminent?

Many say that we will get the RV prior to Christmas. Really? I have to tell you I do not see a bit of real SOLID proof or evidence of this becoming a reality until sometime in 2018. I don’t know where they get their FACTS from since I believe they just copy each other anyhow. Its just a matter of who comes up with the nonsense first. Idiots all of them! They keep passing around rumor after rumor within this dinar community with no SOLID base of information. Just a bunch of idiots wanting you to come to their sites, calls and forums to get $$$ on the clickity click.

I used to feel that very EARLY 2018 could be a good timeframe however, I have to decline any further analysis at this time since I am not seeing certain indicators we have been looking for such as kicking off the program to re-educate the citizens and Article 140 (HCL).

It has been 2 years already since the when they last educated the citizens on the launching of the new currency. Don’t you think that an event this HUGE would at least get some attention to teach the average person what is about to happen? Just maybe…..?

Also I am being told that their must be a legal law passed in parliament to meet the referendum requirement of Article 140, as stated in the constitution, to “fully” fulfill this mandated requirement. I know the referendum has been written and now sits in the house. But it will need Kurdistan participation to pass it. This is the hold up. This could literally be completed in a matter of days, if they got the support for the law. This is why I keep sending you the articles on Kurdistan politics. At some point there must come peace again between the KRG and the GOI. Don’t expect an RV without it!

So I doubt it may even be EARLY 2018 since in 2011, 2013 and 2015 the CBI took at least a few months to educate the citizens on the process of deleting the 3 zeros. If anyone has any evidence to dispute this please let us all know. But please support it with solid evidence and not some bullshit from another guru. I am open to listen to all FACTUAL information that contradicts my findings.

BAGHDAD: Thousands of Iraqi Kurds took to the streets in the Kurdish region on Monday to protest the lack of funds and basic services. THE DEMONSTRATORS ALSO DEMANDED THE RESIGNATION OF THE KURDISH REGIONAL GOVERNMENT (KRG), eye witnesses and officials told Arab News.

Riots broke out when protesters set fire to a number of government buildings and party headquarters in Sulaimaniyah, including the offices of the two ruling parties, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Police opened fire, using tear gas to disperse demonstrators. Scores were injured in multiple demonstrations in Irbil and Sulaimaniyah, local officials told Arab News.

TV footage, circulated by several Kurdish channels, showed demonstrators carrying small white banners with one word written in red "Go"; others carried red cards. Other footage showed dozens of jubilant protesters gathered in front of a KDP headquarters engulfed in flames.

(Mnt Goat – folks much of these protestors are instigated by the USA CIA. They are trying to get the KRG to resign and disband the KRG all together. Why does Iraq need two separate governments? Are they not supposed to be all one united country under the Republic of Iraq? So why the KRG and the GOI? This is of course a rhetorical question but I only present it because this is the high level intelligence report I am getting on this situation and where they want to move the KRG)

THE IMAGINARY NEWS ARTICLE BY TNT MEMBERS

Once again I need to come on and clarify yet more stupid rumors about a simple announcement of a change to minimum wage that was made in Iraq. Seems these idiots who follow these really dumb “gurus” think everything is related to the RV. So, let me clarify and tell you the TRUTH.

So here is what was published about this minimum wage change:

“The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on Monday announced the minimum daily wage in Iraq was being raised from 250 dinars to 350 dinars” (that’s 7,500 dinars to 10,500 dinars).

So there is nothing about this announcement that tells me the RV has converted salaries to a new rate. This article is not talking about a salary rate change due to the RV. I simply do not know why some of these idiots are making such a huge hysteria over this announcement saying it means the RV has happened in-country.

Some other idiots like the TNT Rayren gang, also are telling everyone that the wage payment changed from 350,000 dinars a month to 350 dinars a month. To me I can see the article clearly states per day not per month as it says “minimum daily wage”.

Then they even presented the article. But when you read the article it clearly tells us “minimum daily wage” and “The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on Monday announced the minimum daily wage in Iraq was being raised from 250 dinars to 350 dinars” (that’s 7,500 dinars to 10,500 dinars).

So all I can guess it these idiots did not learn how to read and must have not passed the first grade….lol…lol….Again just another made up RABBIT HOLE they feel they must go down. A hole that will lead them to know where.

But here is the most amazingly dumb part of it all about this rumor– when they are challenged directly on it, still they do not admit the insanity and claim the government did it by mistake in writing only knowing (knowing damned well they were proven wrong in their rumor and can’t wiggle out of it) the RV is close at hand. First of all, I do not even see it in writing “by mistake anywhere in the article” so this is a plane lie ..period! These TNT people have gone way off their rockers. They are obsessed with this RV and even now have imaginary article…lol…lol….

Yes – this is all unbelievably STUPID!

FAKE HYSTERIA 99% SHURE OF A DEC 23 DATE

So here is another bit of phony news I wanted to clarify today. It is about this Dr Clark idiot and his predictions. Once in a while he comes out and dumps on the dinar community with these phony predictions. He was so sure it would RV in last September he was willing to bet his life on it back then. So why are you still around Dr. Clark? Here’s the gun- just do it!

So, I will start off with a quote from someone who commented on his latest RV prediction.

I quote as follows –

“I didn't see that Dr. Clarke was on the list to not post so thought I'd stop by and offer some encouragement by way of his input. He is on for Dec. 23rd for this to happen. 99.9% on that date If by chance it doesn't it may go into the next year... Anyhow, not opening this up to bashing him but he keeps my head of straight since his forecasts are more long range. And yes he is not always right either but he does help me wait and accept. And Ray does a great job too. Just another forecast to help us keep on keeping on !

This person even entitled his post as “encouragement”. Really?

So, we can all see that this post is just more of Dr Clark’s bullshit. This person knows no more than you and I ? In fact he knows less, since at least we have solid evidence to show us not to expect the RV anytime soon unless we get certain indicators from the CBI. We don’t have to spread phony rumors. We don’t have to guess. This Dr Clark never, never gives any evidence (just rabbit holes).

So why am I making such a big deal about this post?

I also presented this quote about Dr Clark intel to show everyone just how stupid this RV hysteria really is. This person calls this “encouragement”. Encouragement for what? More stress, more anxiety thinking it is going to happen by Dec 23, then getting let down once again. This person is obviously surviving on a daily dose of hysteria and hype. He/she loves these rumors and thrives of them to the point that they even have to spread them around to help others get their daily dose too. Did you ever hear the saying “misery loves company”?

So this is a prime example of why many get so “discouraged” over this investment. It is because idiots like this guy who keeps posting this crap.

My advice – keep this crap to yourself. If you need hype good for your own benefit okay but don’t spread this crap around.

This is driving my point home - On my last post someone commented on all the hype at the end of each year and nothing ever pans out for an RV. He/she sounded very discouraged and angry. Rightfully so and here is why.

So posts of this nature are why. Everyone of these foolish predictions and then these predictions being spread thoughtlessly around the dinar community thinking they are encouraging people? Really? You think you are doing everyone a favor?

Are YOU one of these hysterical idiots too?

Do YOU go around spreading these rumors?

Why not just keep them to yourself? The dinar community would be much better off knowing the truth than some unverified rumors.

KEEPING PRIME MINISTER HAIDER ABADI IN POWER IS A TOP PRIORITY

Washington - Keeping Prime Minister Haider Abadi in power is a top priority for the United States in the coming period, The Washington Post reported on Tuesday.

"Keeping the Iraqi prime minister in power is a big priority for the United States, which has cooperated closely with him in the recent war against a pro-Western organization," the newspaper said in a report.

The newspaper added that "Washington believes that Abadi IS A RELIABLE LEADER IN CURBING IRAN'S INFLUENCE IN IRAQ, and a consensual figure who can lead national reconciliation between the different spectra."

The newspaper pointed out that "Sistani's comments are likely to help Abadi," warning at the same time the negative repercussions of "resolving the popular mobilization, which may create a big problem."

FAILURE TO APPROVE THE DRAFT BUDGET IN 2018 IN A TIMELY MANNER

Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said that many measures of interest to citizens will stop because of the failure to approve the draft budget in 2018 in a timely manner and to transfer it to next year by the House of Representatives.

Abadi said in a weekly press conference, which was attended by "Economy News", that "MANY IMPORTANT MEASURES THAT CONCERN CITIZENS WILL STOP BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF APPROVAL OF THE BUDGET NEXT YEAR by the House of Representatives."

He added that "the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SENT HIS REMARKS WITHOUT READING THE BUDGET READING FIRST, BUT WENT ON HOLIDAY AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE," noting that "the Ministry of Finance directed the uncles to the ministries to spend in accordance with the principle of 1/12 already in force.

THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE BEGINS WITH PAYMENT FOR THE YEAR 2018

(Mnt Goat – so last week I presented an article that talked about why the delay in the 2018 budget. It told us of political objections especially from Kurdistan (they want their full 17%). It also told us the finance committee was waiting on the 2017 budget reconciliation to complete to implement a “work around” until the official 2018 budet can be passed.

So now it seems the 2017 budget “final accounts” report is now completed and they are going ahead to spend the 2018 budget but only on provisions and limits of the 2017 budget actuals. They can legally do this under the Financial Management Act of 2004 and there is a method they follow. This has nothing to do with the RV.)

Baghdad / SNG - The Ministry of Finance, the ministries and departments not affiliated with the Ministry and the governorates and their councils authorized all the powers of exchange during the month of January 2018 by [12/1].

This guidance comes to the delay of the House of Representatives in the adoption of the state budget for the year 2018, especially in the lists of parliamentary committees concerned to discuss.

The Ministry of Finance announced THAT THE DISBURSEMENT WILL BE FROM THE ACTUAL EXPENDITURES FOR 2017 OR THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES INCLUDED IN THE BUDGET BILL 2017-2018, whichever is less related to salaries, allowances, wages, salaries, pensions, debt services and current expenditures for the purpose of payment of security obligations and expenditures, except for ongoing investment projects.

THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2004 GAVE THE GOVERNMENT THE AUTHORITY TO EXCHANGE [12/1] FOR THE PREVIOUS BUDGET FOR EACH MONTH, i.e., the Financial Management Law if the budget law is not approved or delayed, the previous budget is approved.

"If the previous budget, for example, is $ 120 million, the law allows the government to divide the budget by 12," he said.

GOVERNMENT CANNOT SEND THE BUDGET OF THE KURDISTAN REGION

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Iraqi Prime Minister on Tuesday said that his government cannot send the budget of the Kurdistan Region, including the salaries of the public employees.

Haider al-Abadi, the Iraqi PM, in his weekly press briefings in Baghdad stated the Iraqi government cannot pay the salaries of government employees in the Kurdistan Region because of "corruption" in the institutions of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

The accusations come at a time when Iraq ranks high on corruption in international measures. According to the Transparency International’s 2016 Corruption Perceptions Index, Iraq is "the 166th least corrupt nation out of 175 countries.”

Iraqi PM FIRST CLAIMED THAT HE COULD NOT TRUST THE NUMBER OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND PESHMERGA FIGHTERS PROVIDED BY THE KRG AND SUGGESTED THE NUMBERS BE AUDITED.

His latest comment also contradicts his October 31 remarks when in another weekly press conference, Abadi pledged that the government would immediately send the salaries of the Peshmerga forces and public employees in the Kurdistan Region.

(Mnt Goat – but this before they audited the file of employees and found there were thousands of cases of duplicate payrolls for the same employee. So now this warrants further investigation and this takes time. This is like opening a can of worms. Abadi does not know where this will take him but he knows there is massive corruption with these salary files. So who is the bad guy here? The KRG or the GOI? And so the saga continues….)

Additionally, on December 6, Abadi stated that his cabinet had a list of KRG employees who were being audited in order for Baghdad to send the overdue salaries.

The KRG officials, including the KRG PM Nechirvan Barzani, expressed the government’s readiness to hand over the Region’s oil and other sources of revenues to Baghdad if the Federal Government of Iraq agreed to send the full 17 percent of the budget to the Kurdistan Region.

The Kurdish leadership has regularly complained that Baghdad failed to provide it with its fair share of the budget and as a result, opted to sign its own oil agreements in 2014, just before the start of the war against the Islamic State (IS).

REUTERS: OPPOSITION GROUPS QUIT IRAQI KURDISH GOVERNMENT

(Mnt Goat – Okay so why is this article important? Why did I include it today? In this article we see the hand of CIA working. The CIA? Yes - this work you are reading about today has the CIA written all over it. Remember what I told you – the CIA has a MOO (method of operation). In order to break apart Kurdistan they must first create chaos and instability this is when any entity is at its most vulnerable position. This is standard procedure for their dirty work. So they are capitalizing on the Sept 25th referendum event and moving forward now with the destabilization effort. They must make the citizens realize the GOI is their real government and they no longer need the KRG. Seems remarkable but this is where they are. However, you will never read that this is the plan working behind the scenes. Part of the unrest and chaos is being created indirectly by PM Abadi in holding back the salaries from the region. Folks – its December already so how would you like to go without a paycheck 4 months? Where would you get the money to eat and pay bills? So, in doing so not only are they flushing out the 3 zero notes (that the CBI has requested they bring out to circulation) but also it is forcing them to use what money that have stashed at home. Remember they have not yet been paid since August (last month before the referendum. The GOI Finance Committee must get the electronic file for depositing the salaries fully audited. There are way to many “ghost” employee salaries. Again more corruption anytime PM Abadi turns a corner. Oh – but these Muslims are so honest and holy rollers…right? I don’t think so! Go figure why they are always fighting. Incidentally, I see the same CIA tactics and handy work too at work now in the USA attempting to bring unrest, chaos and division among American citizens. Past president Obama had the golden unprecedented opportunity to finally unite the USA in all aspects including political and racial wars. Instead he has caused more hatred and division. Why is this? Is there some underlying agenda and plan for the USA (Agenda 2021) at work here? Has the USA been taken over by a charlatan shadow govt who wants to model their own form of a socialistic communistic society, where all the wealth and power is concentrated at the top? We Europeans are watching and we find it amazing the attempted political takeover of the government by the Democrats (with lies, slander and fake news) even after the election has taken place and the people have spoken. They will not let it rest. The the lack of patriotism with the bipartisan non-support for the elected president of your country. There is something very wrong and corrupt going on here. SULAIMANIYA, Iraq (Reuters) - Leading Kurdish opposition movement Gorran has withdrawn its ministers from Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and its member Yousif Mohamed has resigned as parliament speaker, party sources told Reuters on Wednesday.

The Kurdistan Islamic Group (Komal), another opposition party with a smaller presence in parliament, also withdrew from the government.

The departures follow two days of violent unrest in the region, as Kurdish demonstrators joined protests against years of austerity and unpaid public sector salaries, amid tensions between their region and Baghdad.

Some protesters have demanded the regional government’s ousting.

Tension has been high in the region since the central government in Baghdad imposed tough measures when the KRG unilaterally held an independence referendum on Sept. 25 and Kurds voted overwhelmingly to secede.

The move, in defiance of Baghdad, also alarmed neighboring Turkey and Iran who have their own Kurdish minorities.

At least three people were killed and more than 80 wounded on Tuesday. They were killed in clashes with Kurdish security forces, local officials said, and some were injured when the crowd was shot at with rubber bullets and sprayed with tear gas.

Protesters also attacked several offices of the main political parties in Sulaimaniya province on Monday and Tuesday.

CURFEWS IMPOSED

There were no major protests in the city on Wednesday.

Security forces from the region’s capital Erbil have been deployed to help QUELL THE UNREST IN THE CITY, security sources told Reuters.

After Tuesday’s unrest, curfews were imposed in several towns across the province, some have lasted through Wednesday.

Local media reported smaller protests in towns across the province, including Ranya and Kifri.

In a statement on Tuesday, Kurdish Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, who is on an official visit to Germany, told protesters that although he understood their frustrations, the burning of political party offices is “not helpful”.

The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) said on Wednesday it was “deeply concerned” ABOUT VIOLENCE AND CLASHES DURING THE PROTESTS, AND CALLED FOR RESTRAINT ON ALL SIDES.

“The people have the right to partake in peaceful demonstrations, and the authorities have the responsibility of protecting their citizens, including peaceful protesters,” UNAMI said in a statement.

UNAMI also called on the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to respect media freedoms after Kurdish Asayish security forces on Tuesday raided the offices of Kurdish private broadcast NRT in Sulaimaniya, and took the channel off the air.

NRT’s founder and opposition figure Shaswar Abdulwahid was also arrested at the Sulaimaniya airport on Tuesday. His family have asked for his release, amid reports that another NRT journalist was arrested in Sulaimaniya on Wednesday.
