The Kurdistan Region Authority, located outside the administration of the region, on Tuesday, the importance of searching the file areas covered by Article 140 negotiations in Baghdad and Erbil, while indicated that addressing the conditions of these areas constitutionally "will contribute to the stability and prosperity.

"The Kurdistan Regional Government is preparing to hold a dialogue with Baghdad on all outstanding issues between the two sides," said the head of the body, Nasreddin Sindi said in an interview with Alsumaria News. "The file of areas covered by Article 140 constitutional one of the files that must be discussed between the two sides."

"If Baghdad is serious about addressing the problems according to the constitution, it should implement constitutional Article 140," Sindi said. "These areas have been living in bad conditions for years, and their people are waiting to determine their future."

Sindi stressed the "need to end the file of Kurdish areas outside the administration of the region," pointing out that "addressing the conditions of these areas according to the Constitution will contribute to the stability and prosperity."
