RayRen: Good evening, TNT super-fantastic family! It’s 8.10 EST, 5.10 PST, and this is the delayed call on Fantabulous Friday, December 1, 2017, with yours truly RayRat98 here. We’re going to talk about a few things. Who would have thought we would still be here in December, 2017?!

We are moving forward with information. Where do we go from here? The canary is still singing, and other canaries have joined the group. We’re still waiting for the Fat Lady, but so long as the canaries are singing, I’m happy.

There are a few things that should have been made public by now, but we’ll go with what we have, information-wise. The 2018 Budget I talked about on Wednesday was submitted to Parliament for a vote, but they didn’t have the quorum necessary to have a productive session. That may have possibly changed today. As far as the speeches from last Saturday and Sunday by Abadi, one was given and it seemed like an RI was generated from that, and then another one was given to clarify that this is an RV. However, they don’t seem to be out there publically for people to read and review.

My sources have told me that, and these announcements are supposedly saying that everything is targeted to happen on or before December 2, which is tomorrow. We are getting reports of a rate of 2:1, eventually shifting to 3:1; we don’t know the timing on that, but I’m okay with the source even though we cannot confirm that publically, yet.

Other information says that emails have gone out to the banking community with instructions to commence exchanging IQD. It doesn’t say exactly when, and I assume it meant ‘upon receipt’, but banks have not started exchanging yet, apparently.

I think they are waiting for the December 2 announcement to fall in line, so we might be seeing that tomorrow, with everything clicking out on December 2. We did have onscreen rates of $3.54 today; that was temporary, but it was a rate. It then disappeared before anyone could be processed, but it was there.

Another thing we’re getting information on, although not definitive information, is that there will be a different tax treatment for US exchanges vs. non-US exchanges. As we get more, we will share that with you.

Q: Those two dates…?

A: They were originally two different things, but related, and December 2 was more on the money.

Q: In regards to the 13 banking seminars directly to follow the Public release of the RV, are there any to happen in or near Northern Colorado? If not, where might the nearest one be? Also, there may be some of us (dinarians) who may not be able to travel to the seminars, and it would be great if some form of Cliff Notes, contact people list, and or a packet of information will be available. Any thoughts on this, sir? This comes from a desire to be one of the best of us, and wanting to plan for possibility of not being able to make the seminars.

A: I don’t have my list right here. I know we have Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, DC-M-V area, Jackson MS, Jacksonville FL, Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City MO, and I think another Florida location – Miami? Those are the locations as I remember them, where we will have the banking seminars. Of course there will be information or notes from the seminars for those who cannot be there in person.

Q: What happened to that $3.63 rate you mentioned?

A: I don’t know. I told you that was in the Budget, and that has not been voted on yet.

618 caller: After they vote on the Budget, do they have to publish it in the Gazette before it’s official?

RayRen: That’s a confirmation, but they don’t have to publish something to initiate it. The Gazette is just proof that it exists, but Parliament can start a process at any time after they vote.

347 caller: I’ve been listening for a while; will there still be a celebration in Las Vegas after the RV?

RayRen: Yes, that’s still in the works.

954 caller: If they haven’t voted on the Budget yet, will that show up progress?

RayRen: No. All the Budget is doing is to confirm the rate we heard. It doesn’t prevent the revaluation from happening. We’re looking extremely good.

312 caller: You said that the $3.50 rate appeared on the bank screens in the US – front screen or back screen?

RayRen: On the front screen.

Caller: Is it still on the back screen? Or anywhere in the bank?

RayRen: I don’t know. What would be the significance if it were?

Caller: I think it would hold more weight if it were on the back screen because then the higher people would know about it.

RayRen: At least one back told me a few years ago that they get their rates from coinmill.com. They still have to get permission from the US Treasury and possibly the Fed to actually use those rates.

240 caller: Way back when Tony was on, he said Bank of America would exchange us but they might fold; he said that Wells Fargo would be a good bank to go to.

RayRen: Bank of America was originally the lead bank when we started, and then that switched over to Wells Fargo for some reason (that I don’t recall right now). [I had to leave the call at this point.]

Closing Statement [from Sunny’s Cliff Notes] It’s Friday evening . . .we don’t want to hold yoi and interfere with your weekend activities. . . Dec 2 kicks in in a few hours. Anything substantial about Dec 2 we will let you know. Don’t stay up all night.

Whatever the case may be – if something noteworthy happens to we’ll send out a text in the middle of the night we will do that. We have been here before – announcements that did not take place, dates given that did not materialize. I have not received any 800 numbers nor notification of 800 numbers.
