The commander of operations Babylon, Major General Riyad al-Kikani, on Thursday, reopened the main road free of visitors in the province.

In a brief statement received by Alsumaria News, the Operations Command said that "the commander of Babel operations directs the opening of the main roads that have been taken away from visitors in the entire responsibility sector in Babylon and the tightening of procedures in places where visitors are coming."

On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, the commander of operations of Babylon, Maj. Riyad al-Kikhani, announced that the plan to visit the Imam Hussein's podium would continue for four days beyond the fortieth day.
