Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Today’s newsletter is very long once again. The news is not so cherry or rosy. I wish I had some really good news for you today but I don’t. The news today is critical and if you really want to know what is going on in Iraq you should read this entire newsletter carefully. It will help you see the big picture.

If you just want short inaccurate news to hype you up and give you a daily boost of that same old hype and speculation of an RV, than this newsletter is not for you. I recommend you go find one of these idiot gurus like Bruce on the BigCall, Yosef, Tony TNT or one of the other many idiots out there and have at it with their nonsense. Good luck with that!

So, I need to clarify one more topic today first of all. What the hell is so important about Abadi’s would-be speech at the UN?

I will tell you – ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING!

We even read articles telling exactly what he planned to talk about and there was nothing about a currency revaluation on his speech agenda or even any “secret” message related to it….lol….lol…..

I hope now everyone has learned a lesson from this absurd, stupid roller coaster most of you took a ride on last week. Did you enjoy all the hype and stress for nothing? Once again good luck with that!

There was absolutely no evidence other than some so called intel “guru” who started telling everyone his “opinion” that Abadi’s speech was significant in that it would trigger off events leading to the RV. We know who these culprits are don’t we Yosef, Bruce and Frank26? Why must everyone follow down these dark rabbit holes? Around and around we go……lol….lol…..now back to where we started…..

Does anyone really know what is going on in Iraq? Does anyone really care? As an intel provider to an investment community of literally tens of thousands of listeners and readers, I would think you would take your responsibility seriously and stop all your nonsense.

So let’s look at what really is happening in Iraq and dispel this ridiculous rumor of an RV sometime in September or anytime very soon.

Crisis #1: Iraq is still fighting ISIS

Crisis #2 the GOI is also in a major disagreement over Kurdistan’s stance to hold a referendum that may lead to the separation from the Republic of Iraq. In fact, it may even lead to a civil war.

Crisis #3 No one is going to convince me that there are not a number of much-needed laws, that we keep hearing about just shoved in parliament ready for a final vote and that these laws are needed for an RV. Why are then needed is what these intel gurus just don’t understand. They can’t comprehend and connect the pieces to see the entire picture of what is happening in Iraq. So now we see the real importance of these laws playing out as lack of a formal legal law on Article 140 and HCL passed in parliament may make a cause for yet another war in Iraq, a civil war between Kurdistan and Baghdad governments. Yes – lack of these laws are the main cause. So are these laws needed? Are they important? You tell me. I see it but you too have to see today as we study what is now happening in Iraq.

I want to mention also that the elections of 2018 is coming quickly upon us and so if the ELECTION LAW does not get passed and include the needed provisions to stop the election fraud and corruption, we are going to see the same fiasco play out all over again from the 2014 elections. No – it has not yet passed as many of these guru will read this newsletter and now tell you. Oh – did I mention the Federation Council law also is needed to fully implement the constitution? So when I say that Iraq needs a fully implemented constitution in order to RV this is what I mean. It is not a laundry list of things to do, but rather a practical exercise in democracy, as the constitution gives stability to the government, thus allowing them to go forward.

Folks the constitution brings the needed political instability and thus the RV. Get it? They need these laws desperately. But most importantly too is once the laws are passed, they need to implement them.

So why do they delay on the final voting process of these laws? Could it be they know they will not yet get the support they need to pass them? Could it be there is still a level of corruption in parliament thus they won’t bring the laws even to a final vote?

Could this be a sign of political instability and still a dysfunctional government? Is it possible other issues or laws must be done first and a sequence is necessary to make everything blend and be accepted at the end? How many times do we have to read articles about this so called stack (or bundle) of much needed legislation to understand it is very important?

Oh – but once again these so called intel “gurus” are going to fill you heads with their gobble-gook about these laws and tell you they are not important…..Why are you listening to them?

Maybe these needed laws are why Kurdistan is so pissed off? They want the Article 140 and HCL (and other laws) into final law? Right now they have no legal stance against the GOI when they stab them in the back for the 100th time on their promises.

They are so pissed off at all the lies being told to them over these last years. Nothing ever gets done as promised. Remember they also were told they would see the new currency and a new rate many years ago. So where is it. They even wanted their own regional branding on the new currency. Remember all those articles? I even saw pictures of these new notes.

So where is the launching of their new currency then? Can you see why Barzani is making his stance on this referendum issue. He is exerting extreme pressure this time and he is going to get what Kurdistan has been promised and is entitled to all along or the region will split off. He is at the breaking point. No more fooling around. Have you ever reached that point, when, after trying all other alternatives, you simply are at the end of options?

We even witnessed Abadi postponing the trip to talk at the UN due to these crises. Do you think they were important then? Why do you brush away this news so easily as if these issues don’t matter? We read the articles on both of these. How could they possibly RV. I even heard some idiot on one of these conference calls who said these issues were just smoke screens for the RV. Really? Are you that stupid? Did you even attend first grade? Can you even read and write? You know who you are Mr. Oklahoma….

What the hell more do you need to dispel these rumors folks? Get this --- No SECURITY + No POLITICAL STABILITY = No RV,,,,, get it?

Alsumaria News / Baghdad - US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Saturday reiterated his country's rejection of the referendum in the Kurdistan region, while Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi stressed the need to take all legal steps necessary to prevent the threat of security, community peace and the unity of the country.

How Iraq’s Kurdish Independence Referendum Could Impact the Oil Markets:

Iraq’s Kurdish provinces plan to vote in a referendum on independence on Sept. 25, a poll that regional and Western powers, not to mention the central government in Baghdad, have decried as a catalyst for greater instability in a region gutted by war. At stake are the petrodollars that have helped sustain the Kurdish Regional Government’s semi-autonomous rule after a budgetary deal with the federal government fell apart. Some of this oil wealth lies in disputed areas where the referendum will be held.

(This is article 140 dispute folks and also part of HCL. So folks, Mnt Goat has been right all along once again…lol…lol... I told everyone unless they get article 140 done and passed in parliament, there will be no RV and that this issue is going to bite the GOI in the ass someday soon. It will eventually create INSTABILITY and this we don’t need.

Now it is all playing out right in front of our noses. Oh – but all you so called intel “gurus” told everyone this referendum does not matter. Do all you guys know anything about what is really happening in Iraq? Are you even on the same planet?)

It’s heating up…. -- A number of leaders of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) have arrived in the city of Kirkuk with the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, General Qassem Soleimani, in a bid to prevent or block the referendum on independence scheduled for Monday, September 25.

So, do you think having ISIS still in your country in a major stronghold is having SECURITY as they still have the ability to take Iraqi dinar and use it to fund and thus wage more war and if not controlled could expand back into already taken regions? Is this not why the financial sanctions were put in place to begin with? Why would they then restore the currency when the reason for the sanctions still exists?

Would you like that in your country? Would you then think it was important to hold back on the RV if it was your town or city facing ISIS? Would you want to revalue your currency so they could get yet more money to buy yet more weapons to fight you and kill you?

Do you think having the Kurdistan issue with the referendum is political stability? Really? Didn’t you read my articles I presented on the already erupting of ethnic fighting and disputes over this issue? The Iraqi constitution itself makes it illegal for them to split, yet they pursue it anyhow. They already told us they are planning to have their own currency WOW! This may be in fact, the regional brand of dinars we read about all along. How about the articles on splitting off the resources (oil) and the disputes about the new boarders? What about all the Kirkuk issues and dealing with article 140? Do you think this is (or has the potential) causing political instability? You think maybe…..? Are you listening? Do you gurus really know what is going on in Iraq?

Oh – I get it now. All you are concerned about is making $$$, the donations and the clickity-clicks on your advertisers.

So, all you so called intel “gurus” WAKEUP! Smell the coffee and pay attention. There will be NO RV until Iraq has both the needed levels of SECURITY AND STABILITY.

Having said all this I know the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar must occur very soon. The economic potential of the country is too great and too much is at stake for the future of Iraq not to do it. Just last week the CBI came out and told us once again the three zero notes is an obstacle to the countries development and has been an obstacle holding the full potential at bay. They told us once again the way to resolve this is the “project to delete the zeros”. Every time the CBI planned to reinstate the currency and deploy the newer notes it was at the beginning of the year. I am not making this up. This is not my “opinion”. This is a tid bit of FACT.

So we are heading to the end of September already. We still see much work to be done on these two crises I talked about today. Yes- these can still be resolved in time to possibly in time to meet a January 2018 target.

I presented articles to you last week and again today (see below) that is all very optimistic news and Iraq is heading in the right direction.

If I were you right now I would just sit back, relax and ride out the storm until January. This may not be what you want to hear and you may decide to do something otherwise. Instead you may decide to keep getting on the damned roller coaster and go for a ride. You may even decide what you want is to travel deep into those rabbit holes and follow the rumor-intel gurus around and around in the dark. That’s your choice, but when it’s all said and done don’t come running back to me all disappointed, stressed out and then asking me to explain their bullshit and why the RV didn’t occur.

Are you paying attention to what I am saying to you today about the crisis in Iraq in dealing with this referendum to succeed from Baghdad? This is VERY serious stuff and will eventually lead to a civil war, if negotiations do not continue. Mainly Kurdistan wants the full respect of the constitution, this article 140 and HCL implementation and adherence.

Let’s read the many recent articles about this topic today and see if we can make any sense of it all. But I will tell you this – All these so called unprofessional, ignorant, intel “gurus” out there can go jump in a lake and drown themselves as far as I am concerned. Their ignorance of this topic (and other topics in dealing with this RV) and their willingness to spew out yet more garbage intel as they say that this crisis does not matter, and that Kurdistan will never succeed. Really? So let’s study if for ourselves and see just how wrong and ignorant they are.

UPDATE ON ISIS FIGHTING: IRAQI FORCES FINISH IS GRIP ON 40 VILLAGE

IRBIL, Sept 22 (KUNA) -- Iraq's government forces have liberated more than 40 villages from the so-called Islamic State (ISDaesh) in the operation to free Al-Hwaija.

Abdulamir Yarallah, commander of Al-Hawija Liberation Operations, listed in a statement the liberated villages, including Tal-Baer, Tal Al-Hawa and Al-Akraa. The Iraqi Government troops, backed by paramilitary forces, are pressing on to clear up last strongholds of the militant group in northwestern and western Iraq.

The regulars have pursued military operations since July, when they carried out a major battle that ended with liberating the city of Mosul. The IS military presence in Iraq is gradually dwindling due to the ongoing successful military offensives.

Major General Qassem Soleimani, the Commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corp (IRGC), says the ISIS terror group will be annihilated in a matter of months.

“I … already said we will root out ISIS in three months’ time, and I’m telling you now that the annihilation of ISIS is close at hand and we will celebrate the destruction of this evil tree in two months, and it is Iran, Russia, Syria, and Iraq that should hold that celebration,” said the top general, according to a Farsi report by Fars News Agency.

UPDATE ON KURDISH VOTE FOR INDEPENDENCE

BAGHDAD (AP) — The Latest on developments in Iraq on this topic.

The Kurdistan Regional Government, in Erbil, announced the postponement of the press conference, which was supposed to be held by the President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani, on Saturday morning, on the referendum on independence.

The media office, the Prime Minister of Kurdistan of Iraq, said the press conference will be held on Sunday, and the place and time will be announced later.

Barzani is under growing pressure and international warnings to change his mind and postpone the referendum on September 25, while the Kurds affirm that the victory of the camp "Yes" in the referendum, does not mean the Declaration of Independence, but it will be the beginning of dialogue with Baghdad on oil and financial differences .

An Iraqi government spokesman says a delegation from the country's Kurdish region will travel to Baghdad ahead of the controversial referendum on Kurdish independence planned for Monday. Saad al-Hadithi says Iraqi government officials are ready to meet the delegation Saturday, but the central government still rejects the referendum and its results.

The news comes amid growing pressure from the international community on Iraq's Kurdish leadership to delay the controversial vote and instead engage in talks. Earlier on Friday the president of Iraq's Kurdish region said negotiations are still possible with the central government, but pledged the vote on support for independence would go ahead as planned.

Meanwhile, the Kurdish community outside the Kurdistan region of Iraq began to cast their votes electronically in the referendum on the secession of the territory from Iraq.

REUTERS: TODAY SEPT 25 IRAQI KURDS VOTE IN HISTORIC INDEPENDENCE REFERENDUM, SHRUGGING OFF THREATS

ERBIL, Iraq (Reuters) - Voting started on Monday in an independence referendum organized by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in northern Iraq, ignoring the threats of the Kurds’ neighbors and fears of further instability and violence across the Middle East.

The vote, expected to deliver a comfortable “yes” for independence, is not binding and is meant to give Massoud Barzani’s KRG a mandate to negotiate secession of the oil producing region with Baghdad and neighboring states.

“We have been waiting 100 years for this day,” said Rizgar, standing in a queue of men waiting to cast a ballot in a school in Erbil, the KRG capital.

The referendum is held despite intense international pressure on Barzani to call it off, amid fears that it would spark fresh conflicts with Baghdad and with Iraq’s powerful neighbors, Iran and Turkey.

Iran declared a ban on direct flights to and from Kurdistan on Sunday, while Baghdad asked foreign to stop direct oil trading with Kurdistan and demanded that the KRG hands over control of its international airports and border posts with Iran, Turkey and Syria.

“We have seen worse, we have seen injustice, we have seen killings and blockades,” said Talat, waiting to cast a vote in Erbil. “God willing, we will become like the other peoples of the world. We will have freedom and have a state.”
Turkey threatened retaliation but has kept the Kurdish oil export pipeline that crosses its territory open.

Tehran and Ankara fear the spread of separatism to their own Kurds. Iran also supports Shi‘ite groups who have been ruling or holding key security and government positions in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion which toppled Saddam Hussein in 2003.

The Iraqi Kurds say the vote acknowledges their crucial contribution in confronting Islamic State after it overwhelmed the Iraqi army in 2014 and seized control of a third of Iraq.

NEGOTIATIONS ARE UNDERWAY BETWEEN THE IRAQI GOI AND THE KURDISTAN REGIONAL GOVERNMENT (KRG) OVER THE PLANNED REFERENDUM

Last week negotiations were underway between the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) over the planned Kurdistan independence referendum, scheduled for Sept. 25.

Numerous international powers oppose the referendum — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Iran, Germany and other EU powers — and pressure is mounting on KRG President Massoud Barzani to delay the referendum.

Meanwhile, Barzani is trying to turn popular approval among Iraqi Kurds for the referendum into a mandate that will improve his bargaining position.

(Bargaining for what?)

But the rallying support — and opposition — is bringing a political charge that’s already spilled over into violence and could do so again.

What does Kurdistan really want?

The prospective referendum includes territories that the central government in Iraq and the KRG both claim as their own. (According to the new constitution of Iraq Article 140 states these territories would go to Kurdistan, but the Baghdad government is not respecting the constitution, as no provisions or laws have been passed in parliament to implement this article)

As political negotiations continue, the security situation in the disputed territories is tense and risks escalating. In one such province, Diyala, Iranian-backed Shiite militias recently tried to claim territory, with militia leaders saying that the Kurds had no right to it. In Kirkuk province (which is more valuable than Diyala in part because of its oil reserves), not only do both the Iraqi and Kurdish governments lay claim to overlapping portions of the province, but outside powers Turkey and Iran also claim some degree of ownership and maintain ties to militia forces on the ground.

On Sept. 18, clashes erupted in Kirkuk between Kurdish paramilitary forces and Turkmen, resulting in the death of one Kurdish fighter and the wounding of a total of five men from both sides.

As of Sept. 19, a nighttime curfew had been issued in Kirkuk to quell the violence and circumvent an escalation. Earlier the same day, in a pro-referendum rally in Kirkuk, provincial Governor Najmiddin Karim made an appearance in support of Kurdistan independence, underlining the political tension in the province. Many Kirkuk residents, particularly Arabs and Turkmen, do not support the referendum. Because neither Baghdad nor Arbil wields ultimate power over the militia forces scattered throughout the province, there is the risk further clashes will occur. More unrest could, in turn, invite the deployment of even more military forces — from both the Iraqi government and the KRG — to the province. Going forward, Kirkuk will be a province to watch as a bellwether for the mounting risk of violence over the upcoming referendum.

[Baghdad] – The president of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, said the claims and calls to postpone the referendum on independence “is over.”

“I asked a lot about the reasons for attempts to prevent the referendum and no answer to this only the desire to break the will and dignity of the people of Kurdistan, and that the referendum decision is in the hands of the people.”

“After 2003, we thought that there was a chance for a new Iraq after all the injustice inflicted on the people of Kurdistan, but unfortunately we soon found out that the majority of politicians in Baghdad are following the practices of the former regime and we reached years ago to believe that there is no possibility of staying with Baghdad.”

So today is September 25th and the vote for separation for Baghdad is taking place. This is having repercussions.

Iraq GOI on Sunday urged foreign countries to stop importing crude directly from its autonomous Kurdistan region and to restrict oil trading to the central government. The central government’s statement seems to be directed primarily at Turkey, the transit country for all the crude produced in Kurdistan. The crude is taken by pipeline to the Turkish Mediterranean coast for export. (folks this is WOW news)

Iran on Sunday announced a halt of air traffic to and from Iraq’s Kurdistan region, a day ahead of the region’s planned secession vote, spokesperson for Iran's Supreme National Security Council said.

BARZANI: THE TIME HAS COME TO DEMAND THE REFERENDUM AND WILL NOT BE POSTPONED

He went on to say that “the decision of the referendum was taken before June 7, but they thought it was only a pressure sheet or a way out of internal crises and agreed to split Kurdistan, but the referendum came out of being a decision of one party or one,” noting that “Baghdad threatened to announce after Referendum without trying to correct its wrong policies. ”
He stressed that “dialogue with Baghdad could begin after the referendum, not before, accusing the successive Iraqi governments since the fall of the former regime to turn the Iraqi state into a doctrinal state instead of a civilian state,” he said.

Barzani said that “we did not declare the referendum to demarcate the border or to impose the status quo, but to say the people that I am,” stressing that “will go to Baghdad for dialogue after the referendum.”
“The partnership with Baghdad no longer exists because the Baghdad government is not committed to the constitution,” he said, adding that some of those in Baghdad “have the same mentality as the Anfal crime.”

He called on the neighboring countries to sit down at the dialogue table to discuss the concerns of the secession of the Kurdistan region, rather than using the threat method, “stressing that” the Peshmerga forces will fight against any attack on Kurdistan. ”

In response to a UN Security Council statement, Barzani said, “We are ready and serious to cooperate with our Iraqi neighbors and the international coalition in the war on a preacher, and we will be tougher.”

As I read the beginning of this post, reminds me of the pot calling the frying pan black. I thought someone was going to expose Goat for who she or he is? So---- 3-5 years ago Goat had cashed out in her private group. So my Q is, why is Goat still around if ( It ) cashed out?
