BRICS LEADERS XIAMEN DECLARATION
Monumental forward movement

*The following are some excerpts from BRICS Leaders Xiamen Declaration and specifically how they are welcoming us in as part of a global development effort.

*Number 11 below let's us know what some of their security concerns are in reference to this massive financial transition while giving us the peace of mind to know that processes have been put in place to prevent issues such as money laundering. It also shows that they have already safe guarded the system so we can assist projects internationally without the fear of accidentally funding terrorism, and discusses unique platforms to address currency swaps and local direct currency investments. This seems to show support for our efforts to be welcomed as part of an international community, making a legal public pathway for us to contribute to new development.

"11. In order to serve the demand arising from rapid growth of trade and investment...
...We agree to take an active part in the efforts to implement and improve International Standards on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation in FATF, including through cooperation among BRICS Heads of Delegation on AML/CFT, also in the context of the work of BRICS CTWG and by using other platforms and to safeguard integrity of national financial systems. We agree to communicate closely to enhance currency cooperation, consistent with each central bank's legal mandate, including through currency swap, local currency settlement, and local currency direct investment, where appropriate, and to explore more modalities of currency cooperation."

*Number 10 discusses Public Private Partnerships which have been established for this new wave of wealthy idealists that will want to work openly, and securely with various countries to assist in the process of freeing humanity with their ideas and capital as well as financial support for urgent projects already underway.

"10. We stress the importance of enhancing BRICS financial cooperation to better serve the real economy and meet the development needs of BRICS countries. We note the agreement by the finance ministers and central bank governors on cooperation on Public Private Partnerships (PPP), including through PPP experience exchange and application of the BRICS Good Practices on PPP Frameworks..."

*The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is referencing the declaration made in 2015 at the United Nations that they would abolish poverty over the next 15 years. In addition this plan lays out the implementation strategy for the Global Currency Reset and Fair trade agreements.

"14. We reaffirm our commitment to fully implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. We will also advocate equitable, open, all-round, innovation-driven and inclusive development, to achieve sustainable development in its three dimensions -economic, social and environmental-in a balanced and integrated manner. We support the important role of the United Nations, including the High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF), in coordinating and reviewing global implementation of the 2030 Agenda, and support the need to reform the UN Development System with a view to enhancing its capability in supporting Member States in implementing the 2030 Agenda"
