""""""The Governor of the Central Bank on the Keywords, Monday, Iraq is out of danger after it was heading from the "gray zone" to "black", pointing out that Iraq now go to the "follow-up" area."""""

By the slimmest of margins Iraq was able to remain "gray".  This is not a good thing, but better than "black".  Iraq is in "follow-up", which means it must remain frugal and spend monies where monies are needed.  No frills for Iraq.

Iraq is being monitored by the IMF (who is still loaning billions), the World Bank and the United Nations.

There is no reason or explanation for Iraq to do anything with its currency for a very long time, unless they decide to delete the zeros for accounting purposes only.  This now also seems unlikely.

For those thinking Iraq can make the decision on its own to revalue, you have no idea the complexities involved, and it just cannot be done.  Period.
