Iraq has gone from $80 billion in foreign exchange reserves to $40 billion.  I do not know, but wonder if that would cover all the dinar that has been printed.

In any event, the IMF/World Bank continue to loan Iraq billions.

The price of oil has fallen drastically.

My view is the same as Shlomo, Iraq is near bankruptcy, and needs financial assistance.

How many billions will it cost to reconstruct Iraq?

A revaluation of their currency is out of the question.
