I bring you much news today.   
 
I have held off publishing a newsletter lately. I did this as I was told that the final stages of the liberation of Mosul was very close at hand. I was hoping to bring you a final victory newsletter today but this is not yet the case. This victory has not occurred and so I decided to break my silence and come forward with a quick update.
 
So here is the “official” update on the liberation of Mosul effort:
 
Just in from Middle Eastern news channels: DEAD SEA, Jordan (AP) -- The Latest developments at the World Economic Forum in Jordan (all times local): 12:25 p.m. The Iraqi president says he hopes the city of Mosul will be freed from control of the extremist group Islamic State "in the next few days." Fuad Masum made the prediction at the opening session of the World Economic Forum's regional gathering Saturday. So for all of you who still think that there is a hidden victory from us not yet announced you must be a crazy person. The full liberation has not yet been announced because it has not yet been completed. Get it? Could it happen any day now? Yes- and it probably will.


Okay having said all this then where does the liberation effort now stand?
 
The head of the counter-terrorism team, Talib Shagati said in a press statement from Ayman al-Mosul that "the main points of the anti-terrorism apparatus have been completed on the right coast of the city of Mosul.

He added that  we have one neighborhood left to announce the final victory in Mosul. (WOW! Just one more neighborhood! This should be completed literally in a day)
 
So what happens next after Mosul liberation is announced?
 
I fully expect the GOI once again then to give the CBI the “green light” to go ahead to continue the “project to delete the zeros”. We all should know the process going forward once this occurs. The slow rolling out of the lower denominations as the initial rate change (or revaluation) occurs. I fully believe this initial rate will be just around 1:1 with the US dollar. This will then be lead to another more significant rate revaluation later. I do not believe it will take very long to get to this stage.
 
So when will all this occur?
 
Of course this is the million dollar question (literally….lol…lol…) and no one  is supposed to know or will know. This is due to wave off any potential speculators. But I will tell you this much. In the last two attempts (2013 and again in 2015) the CBI both times was given the “green light” by the GOI and this news was publicized in Iraqi news channels, thus we heard about it. This was done months prior to the intended action timeframe.
 
So then when is this publicized news coming?
 
We have not yet gotten this news. We have not yet gotten this news since the GOI has not yet told the CBI to go ahead. Get it? So anyone who tells you it has already RV’d is crazy. Yes- I too have heard the ATM machines are loaded now with the new lower denominations. We don’t know which denominations at this time. The machines are not active as of yet. So this is a very good sign.
 
Yes- I too have heard there are upcoming celebrations but I would not be so naive or darn right stupid to believe that these are all related to the currency reform. How can someone actually tell you this on their calls? Or even allude to it? Do they not know that the beginning of Ramadan holiday is right around the corner and it is always proceeded and concludes with celebrations? How many years must they misunderstand the Iraqi people before they get it right? Do they not learn their traditions and holidays?  This is my point. People are feeding you information that have no business doing it and do not take the responsibility seriously. They do not spend the time to learn or even to care to remember. They spread nothing more than rumors and conjecture, not FACTS. They have done this year after year as long as I have been in this investment. Of course we all know this is not their purpose anyhow.
 
They tell you Mosul is all done, but the “official” announcement just has not yet been completed. Really? How ridiculous.
 
They tell you that the RV has happen but the “official” announcement just has not yet tricked down to us. Really? This was years ago. Now that is has been years and we have not yet exchanged, they suddenly change their tune. Actually, each week they change their tune. Each week they are so sure it is going to RV over the weekend. Then on Monday they tell us one more item was discovered to be completed. So once again on and off the roller coaster. Do these people need brain surgery or something? Do they really think we believe them?

Iraqi Army closes in on complete Mosul victory as ISIS clings on to last three districts
 
(This is an old article and we know now they are down to one district and one neighborhood in that district. In fact the latest news is that as of today 5/22 they have surrounded the last 450+ ISIS members and are about to close in on them for the kill. This may very well be all over by the end of today! )
 
Intensified counter-insurgency efforts are bearing fruit in Mosul as the Iraqi Armed Forces liberated two more ISIS-held neighborhoods on Saturday.
Amid the last stage of the Mosul battle, the Iraqi Army was able to wrestle control of the Iqtisadiyeen district and highly fortified ’17th Tammuz’ district; the latter holds symbolic significance for the caliphate as it was the first large suburb to fall into ISIS hand in 2014.

Effectively, the Islamic State now controls merely three districts in Mosul city; namely the Al-Shafaa, Al-Zinjiji, and Old City neighborhoods. These ISIS-held areas are centered along three bridges on the western bank of the Tigris River.
 
The Old City district is nevertheless the most densely populated neighborhood across Mosul and houses the Al-Nouri mosque where ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi declared the caliphate in 2014. Unfortunately for government troops, it is also composed of small buildings and narrow streets that favor ISIS-style guerrila warfare.

A few isolated sniper nests are also present elsewhere while Iraqi sappers constantly endanger themselves by having to deal with booby traps and mines in liberated residential areas.

With the seasoned 9th Division and 15th Division of the Iraqi Army already departed for duties elsewhere, the final mopping-up operations in Mosul are left to the Rapid Response Division and Iraqi Federal Police to deal with.
On Saturday afternoon, the Counter Terrorism Units notably announced they had finished their operations in Mosul and would be transferred to other fronts upon demand of Baghdad.

Around 500 ISIS insurgents are still fighting in Mosul while hundreds more sleeper cells are said to be active in government-held areas.

Iraq’s Special Forces declared their mission in Mosul complete Saturday after the group retook the last western districts from the Islamic State group within their area of operation, according to a military spokesman. (This is not the entire Iraqi army or the counter terrorism team saying this. This is only the “special forces”, who are withdrawing out of the battle. Do you know there are many different fighting group involved. Get it? Can you read?)
 
The announcement came despite ongoing battles in a handful of western Mosul neighborhoods that continue to force hundreds of civilians to flee each day. IS still controls some eight square kilometers of western Mosul, including the dense Old City where some of the toughest battles are expected to play out.
 
Special Forces spokesman Sabah al-Numan said his troops had completed their initial mission, but stood ready “to support any other forces if we are ordered to by the Prime Minister.”

Why Trump must make a surprise visit to Iraq on his first foreign trip
 
(Folks- I can not over emphasize the importance of this visit. We are seeing history in the making)
 
Foreign trips for any president are an ego boost of the highest magnitude: red carpet arrival with bands playing music, troop reviews, and official dinners in your honor hosted in some of the most opulent palaces in the world. For President Trump, the stakes are high. With poll numbers at historic lows and controversies surrounding his presidency, Trump desperately needs to change the news narrative, at least for a few days. And what better way to do that than to embark on your first foreign trip as president, Washington Examiner published on Saturday.
 
The president can’t get out of town fast enough. When Air Force One went wheels up from Joint Base Andrews on Friday, one can imagine the president felt a sense of relief as Washington quickly disappeared beneath him. Air Force One, at least for now, will be his safe zone.
 
When I recently asked a friend how he could log so many hours on Air Force One during the Clinton administration, he had an easy answer: the Lewinsky scandal! At a time when Clinton faced troubles at home, the best way to temporarily escape his troubles was to board the presidential aircraft and fly abroad.
 
(I do not believe for one second Trump is making this middle eastern tour to “escape troubles” at home. How stupid and ridiculous of this reporter to even say this or allude to it. Again more Trump bashing. He just can’t seem to get a break with the news media, and then they wonder why his ratings are low. The news media can even turn good news into bad. They are part of the problem and not the solution for America. I have to tell you that Trump does not say or do anything without a long term strategy associated with it. This middle eastern tour is all very good and he is sowing seeds that will eventually be harvested.)
 
But more than the comforts of Air Force One and the emotional shelter it provides to a president in turmoil, Trump will need to not only dominate the headlines over the next several days, he’ll need to own them. And he can do that by making an unscheduled visit to Iraq.
 
From Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it’s a short flight. I know this because from 2008-2010, I traveled to Iraq 14 times as a civilian member of a special Department of Defense task force in charge of economic development and rebuilding as part of General David Petraeus’ counter-insurgency strategy.

Foreign trips are always full of surprises, and this would certainly be one of them. Just last month, Trump sent his son-in-law and senior advisor Jared Kushner to Iraq to meet with United States military officials and to receive an on-the-ground update on counter-Islamic State operations.
 
Middle East peace is one of Trump’s loftier goals and an unscheduled visit to Iraq would benefit him greatly. Nothing speaks louder than a presidential visit to reaffirm U.S. commitment to the government of Iraq as well as the U.S. forces stationed there. (There is something wrong with this picture and this article. Why can’t the media get it straight? Trump is not president for himself, he is in it for the American people. He is not going to the middle east for himself. These  are not some lofty goals but very realistic goals and peace is a goal and could happen in the middle east. These are desires of the American people. Too bad if the elite don’t want it. But is it mess left behind by former presidents. Don’t we all want peace? So the why is when the president travels to an area of unrest, something he inherited as president, does he get bashed then for trying to make peace? Seriously I think its time to take out the trash and clean up the news media channels in the USA. )
 
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. And nothing illustrates that better than Air Force One on the tarmac at Baghdad International Airport.

At a time when the president needs to change breaking news headlines, a visit to Iraq would do just that.


Experts: float the currency needs to be a productive economy and not Rieia
 
(So what is this article telling us? Why is it important?
 
This article is a series of economic experts talking about options to change the value of the dinar. This is NOT the CBI but the GOI talking. In the past they devalued the dinar to make adjustments. They are telling us this is not now a favorable action and why it would not now work.
 
Saleh says there are elements in the government who are attacking the dinar and deliberately want it and the economy to fail. We know too all too well who these elements are.
 
They also argue over whether or not to float the dinar.

They are saying that the float may work if they transform the Iraqi economy to a very productive economy. WOW! Have we heard this before? WE know they fully intend to bring the dinar up to 1:1 with the dollar and float it.
 
The article is so amazing! It is amazing since it shows us that right now they are debating in the GOI over what to do with the value of the dinar.
 
Folks- they are debating whether to give the CBI the “green light” again to continue with the project to delete the zeros, which ultimately is a revaluation. I told you this would be the next step post ISIS liberation and so we see it taking place right now in front of our noses. But are you paying attention? If they decide to go ahead (which I believe they will), we should then see any day now articles from an announcement from the CBI telling us they are continuing this effort once again that they postponed since 2015. This is why I luv this article so much….lol…lol..It is right on track and what we were expecting…)

Well, Mtn Goat has gotten way off of her throne, when she had a major list of laws that needed to be passed, as well as other actions in Iraq that would need to take place before an RV.

She now states that the Project to Delete the Zeros is at hand once Mosul is liberated.  That is possible, though the Iraqi scheduled to Delete the Zeros is 2019.  Just Google it, if you have doubt.

The Project to Delete the Zeros, is, of course, a redenomination, NOT a revaluation.  No one will make monies when the zeros are deleted.

One must be reminded that outside forces hold trillions of dinar.  A revaluation will bankrupt Iraq, and there are no Chinese Elders sitting in the desert waiting for the right time.

There is, and never was a GCR.  It is all falling apart.

You have a choice to either sell back your currencies, part of your currencies, or hold your currencies until you will not have a choice to redeem.  I recommend you stay sharp with all news.  ADMINBILL says not to sell.  The option is yours.
