Yada: The World bank released their agenda that allowed the CBI to activate their Reforms, reforms exclusive of all the complete budget, laws, and initiatives to run their government internationally and that includes revalued currency.
The Iraqi department in charge of restructing their infrastructure has started their projects and we heard yesterday one of the people associated with the contractor was paid,,
And now, Tish will share an article confirming the people of Iraq received instruction on how to use the ATMs that are to releaese the lower denoms which is coordinated with the lowering of prices in Iraq,,
All this has been going on since this time last week,,so,,WE ARE ABOUT TO SEE THE PORTION WE ARE INTERESTED OF THE rv,,be ready

The Communications Department coordinated to create card users ATM (MasterCard) through outlets at post offices in Baghdad and the provinces.
The Director of the Ministry's savings and mail company, Zeinab Abdel Saheb SMC "morning": that there be coordinated with the Iraqi Central Bank in cooperation with local companies and one Iranian businesses, to create an ATM at post offices and distributed savings between Baghdad and provinces of the country.
She confirmed that her company planned to accomplish a project with electronic payment (MasterCard) and cards issued to employees in governmental and non-governmental institutions, expressing the hope that the project will be done during the coming period after the completion of the final approvals for implementation requirements.
She continued, Abdul Sahib that NIOC mentioned, will provide its 300 post offices across the country, the ATM will project objectives, as well as specialists who will train the cadres of the Ministry in post offices, savings on ATM use correctly.
She noted that the project will be implemented through partnership and investment contracts in coordination with those mentioned, while her company will connect network between post offices, savings, indicating that the project will serve the e-commerce marketing via electronic card, electronic payment also provide postal and financial dealings of all citizens and would make it possible to receive salaries through post offices which achieve security and comfort. link

I SUSPECT MUCH OF THE STUFF WE HAVE HEARD FROM ALL OVER THE NET OVER THE YEARS CONTAINS AN ELEMENT OF TRUTH..SOME MORE THAN OTHERS OF COURSE.
I DETERMINED LONG AGO THAT THERE HAVE BEEN VERY FEW DELAYS IN THE PROCESS. BUT THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF COURSE CORRECTIONS AND FALSE STARTS...AND THE RV WAS EVEN USED AT TIMES AS A TOOL TO PRY OPEN A FAULT OR WEAK SPOT THAT NEEDED REPAIR OR ARREST.
WITH ALL PROCESSES YOU MUST SET GOALS AND THOSE GOALS ARE MARKERS TO MEASURE PROGRESS TOWARDS A FINAL SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION. SOMETIMES THOSE GOALS ARE HIT...AND SOMETIMES THEY ARE MISSED...BUT EITHER WAY YOU ADAPT, ADJUST AND TRY TO NAVIGATE A NEW OR MORE SUCCESSFUL PATH TO THE END OF IT...ULTIMATELY, IT IS JUST A PROCESS.
I ALWAYS GO BACK TO A SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT IN PART, SHOWS CLEARLY A FEW SIMPLE FACTS. AND FOR ME, ITS THE FOUNDATION OF MY CONFIDENCE AND TRUST.
WITH THAT SAID, LETS LOOK AT WHAT WE "KNOW".
IRAQ HAS ALWAYS BEEN A WEALTHY, RICH CULTURE WITH A STRONG HERITAGE AND SIGNIFICANT HISTORY.
IRAQ ALWAYS HAD AMPLE RESOURCES AND A STRONG ECONOMY... IN ITS OWN RIGHT.
THEIR MONEY ALWAYS HAD VALUE, HISTORICALLY AND CONSISTENTLY.
DUE TO PRESSURES TO ENACT A LIBERATION OF IRAQ AND EFFECT A REGIME CHANGE...A COALITION OF NATIONS "TURNED OFF THE MONEY (DINAR)" AS PART OF A WAR EFFORT AND STRATEGIC ASSAULT TO DEBASE THE FINANCES OF REVOLT, RESISTANCE AND INSURGENCY AGAINST THAT CHANGE IN 2004.
THERE WAS, AND STILL IS, A PLAN TO GIVE REBIRTH AND REVITALIZE THAT ECONOMY, INFLUENCE THAT CULTURE AND, EVENTUALLY EMBRACE IRAQ, ITS PEOPLE AND THEIR WEALTH AND TRADE INTO THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC FOLD.

Daz is not a guru, she is a dictatorial mod at TNT who has been party to the fraud perpetrated on members of TNT for years. She is enveloped by her own pseudo-intellectualism, mixed with plain ol' nastiness. The turn the money off-on theory is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard, and I've said as much for over 5 years. She'll say something quasi-intelligent from time to time, then busts out with pure stupidity about economics, banking or rudimentary math.
