...I monitor the CBI Arabic site. I have more confirmation...when the rate changes...on the Arabic side...they will send a memo to the bank...every bank before the change occurs.
According to the IMF...this must happen...banks to make the change either just before they open OR just after they close.
We might be able to know 24 hours or 10 hours before they open by monitoring the CBI website.
The new rate of the CBI website would probably show up after business hours...so in America it would probably show up at night. The CBI spreadsheet... the rate for February / March shows the exchange rate around 87 cents.

Delta has a long history of lying. Here's what he said about the Arabic side of the CBI website three years ago.
DELTA.......left me with a sentence and I wish to share it with you Family. "Frankie.....the Arabic side of the CBI website is Burning Up!!!" http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/175326-delta-the-arabic-side-of-the-cbi-site-is-burning-up/
Now, why would the Arabic side of the CBI website be burning up in early April of 2014? Well, as you may recall that's about the time that ISIS forces started invading Iraq. In all likelihood all of the Iraqi news sites were "burning up". It had nothing to do with any revaluation of the dinar, though.
Then he said this in December of 2015.
a lot of you that don’t know about this article…it was on the CBI website in Arabic…all the newspapers and all the media are talking about it…dated the 20th…this letter from the CBI to banks, money exchange companies and private banks…is the huge thing that confirms they are waiting on the calculation to be done…
Everything we believe to be done except that calculation… anything less than a 1 to 1 rate would simply cause confusion with the Iraqi citizens…
Just as Abadi said on the 10th…we are ready to activate things for the economy…they can’t activate the banking system in Iraq unless they are internationally recognized…the ki cards and so much that we’ve seen from them all need the international recognition…the calculation that they wait for now.
This is very good as an indication that something is about to happen, either late this month or by mid-January. http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/213265-delta-saysintl-rate-now-being-calculated/
Folks, all you need to do to find out what's on the Arabic side of the CBI website is go to http://cbi.iq/
and find the word English in the lop left corner, then click on عربي below it to display the Arabic. Of course, you won't be able to read it unless you know Arabic, but you can copy and paste the URL into Google Translate to see what the Arabic side says. That's what I did, and I didn't see anything to indicate a current value of 87 cents. But I did find an article from December that says they have no plans to change the rate. http://cbi.iq/documents/Announcem%2013-12-2016.pdf
If Delta would be so kind as to provide a link to the page on the Arabic side that shows the 87 that he's talking about I'll retract this, but in the meantime I'm calling BS.
