Maybe it will blow some of those bad as mosquitoes away.  Oh well that is kind of the price you pay for living so close to the ocean.  Everyone knows Florida is long over due for a hurricane. Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there......  Look at it this way, it may give the Red Cross a chance to get more donations from people who don't have the slightest idea how corrupt the Red Cross really is.  But what do I know anyway?    More than you can possible imagine.... :-)

we always have warnings  of a couple  of days unlike tornadoes that are found in other sections of the country. btw storms are great for my biz

Is this guy a guru? Cause his information is about as useful. Fiona is done, a post tropical depression, likely to reach the Georgia/South Carolina coast in about a week and a half to two weeks if it does not break up completely that is. There is a tropical disturbance with a 70% chance of forming a tropical cyclone within the next 5 days, that is forecast to track along the northern end of the Caribbean Islands and impact Southern Florida in about 5 days. Gustave is projected to become a Hurricane within the next day. Steering currents are expected to take it northwesterly, looks to me like it will curve more northerly toward the weekend. If it does It may impact you folks on the other side of the pond, if not we are looking at a mid Atlantic/ southern New England coast impact.
