Just a random thought but one that came to mind when I read all of the above.

They still have the CC's, right? (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) Or, if not CC's, they are making money from people somehow?

My question is this, after allowing so much "intel" why "hit the brakes" all of a sudden? Maybe Mr. Bill is on someone's radar and wants to clean up his act so as not to get in the crosshairs of whomever may be now "watching" him.

Not only is he hitting the brakes, he just threw it in reverse and is backing up at full speed.
