...I do have a question about the gas exports. If Iraq can export oil at the current rate, why can't they export the gas at the same exchange rate. I am a little curious about your thoughts on this matter.



Does it have to do with the daily currency auctions that provide Iraq with the usd ? Also if the rate does not change, wouldn't the daily auctions increase in volume ?



The fact that they need to sell the gas is very interesting and a move in the right direction is awesome. It just seems to me that Iraq can sell this commodity with no rate change, for a while at least.
