More Guru Nonesense

Okay, so a certain guru has a conference call this past weekend and tells everyone that none of the Iraqi budgets have been opened going back to 2007. Really? He claims they have all this money (now over hundreds of billions as he claims), just bunched up somewhere and have been using the oil revenues to pay their bills. Really? Do you know just how ridiculous this all sounds. Of course they use the oil revenue to pay bills since the budget is based on the rate for oil and the amount of oil that the Kurdistan region will pump that year. Get it?

Also, how else in hell are they paying the dues to Kurdistan and the GOI salaries, pensions and so forth without opening the budget?

Also, if they had all this money just stored somewhere (now over hundreds of billions as he claims), then why didn’t they use it for the ISIS war and pay for it? Why did they have to borrow money from the IMF?

I noticed even a lady calls in the Q & A and tries to ask these questions but she got nowhere. She realized something was not right in what he said. Yes, she has some commonsense.

So people please be careful in what these gurus are telling you. If they can not make common sense out it and if it stinks and sounds fishy it probably spoiled and so leave it alone.

I don’t know if I should cry or laugh when I hear these kind of ridiculous statements. What do you think we should do?

CALL TO MY CBI CONTACT

Once these three minister positions were filled, I contacted my CBI source. I was told that there are some very important people now in Baghdad or coming this week and there is going to be a largely attended financial meeting with the CBI. Those attending include the former financial minster, US and UK Treasury Sec, Dr. Shabibi, IMF rep and a World Bank Rep. What do you think they will be discussing?

I was also told that this week the Mahdi government could try to replace Ali Mohsen Al-Allaq as the director of the CBI since his position is still seen as a proxy one going back to former PM Nori al-Maliki days. This also stems from the currency auction corruption and the failure to complete the currency reform project. We will wait and see what happens on these other proxy positions. They need to make his position permanent and announce it if he is going to stay.

Meanwhile I was told they do plan to move ahead with the “project to delete the zeros” this year and sooner rather than later. This is all I could get out of my source.

Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced on Tuesday the date of submission to the candidate of the Ministry of Education.
"The date for submission of the candidate to the Ministry of Education will be tomorrow or the day after," Abdul Mahdi said at the weekly press conference.

He added that "the Council of Ministers voted on a number of Directors General and will continue to provide new meals from them," noting that "attempts to intervene in the provision of special grades and the government stopped."

"The list of new names for special grade candidates is free of any quotas," Abdul Mahdi said.

"There is a huge accumulation in the number of special degrees administered by proxy," he said.

(Mnt Goat – So there is more to filling open positions remaining then just the four minister positions. I am told the director of the CBI is on the list. Will they change out the director or leave him alone? Many want him gone and blame him for the corruption with the currency auctions and the stalling of the currency reform)

The House of Representatives, Thursday (28 June 2019) held its 28th session with THE SECOND LEGISLATIVE SESSION under the chairmanship of the President of the Council Mohammed Halboussi The Information Service of the House of Representatives.

The House of Representatives voted not to give his confidence to Zahid Abdullah Mohammed as minister of education.

(Mnt Goat – So parliament is now into their 2nd legislative term. Didn’t they tell us they wanted to complete the project to delete the zeros during the current or 1st legislative term? Here we sit with still no reinstatement. But remember this is not a simple process of flipping a switch and so it may still very well be in the making soon. The parliamentary finance committee is moving IN THE CURRENT LEGISLATIVE SESSION to develop mechanisms to change the monetary and monetary policies in the country, in coordination with the central bank of iraq, aimed at raising the dinar exchange rate and maintaining the stability of inflation.

(Mnt Goat – this means to put the dinar on a float. To do this means reinstating the dinar on FOREX)

“The Commission is DETERMINED TO MAKE THESE CHANGES DURING THE NEXT PHASE and NOT TO FOLLOW THE TRADITIONAL METHODS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE AT THE MOMENT.” (Mnt Goat – “TRADITIONAL” means the current currency auctions will go away as they use today.)

ZIM IDIOTS MASQUERADING AS INVESTORS

So, under my recent update on the ZIM many left comments and still believe that these worthless notes are going to be exchanged and worth something much more than what they paid for them. They will try to defend their insanity right down the time of attempting to exchange them at the bank.

These idiots even had the gall to challenge my researched and thorough report and FACTS on this subject matter. They called me a “fear monger” for bringing this information to light. I do this to help many of you that listen to these so-called gurus who prey off of your ignorance.

Yes, I brought it into the light since these gurus won’t and don’t care to tell you. Instead these gurus need the fame and hype to keep their sites and conference calls going. They need to make their $$$ and without you they are off the air. They are egocentric idiots who need to feed off of stupid people like you to feel important. They are scamming you prior to the RV even happening. Get it?

So, then this idiot posts a link for some news article from Zimbabwe about the ZIM currency. Yes, we all know about the struggles and successes they are having with fixing their currency. So what?

We all know about the vast rare minerals in the ground over there. So what?

I also know that they expired these older 2008 and 2009 notes making them already null and void. Get it? They can NOT resurrect them from the dead. They are already gone! Get it? They are trash. Get it?

You can read all the articles you want and feel good about the ZIM in your own little way. But the FACT is these notes you are holding are worthless (except for being a collector’s item) unless they are the notes issued after 2016 of the smaller categories. No bank in the entire world is going to exchange these older very large notes. Any bank that does is making a mistake and will take a huge loss of they do. So why would they? Just because some idiot guru is telling you he knows of a bank who has taken them makes this true? Any future talk about the ZIM after 2016 they are talking about these newer notes. Get it? How many times must I tell you this? Did you even pass the first grade? Are you intelligent enough to listen and understand?

What the hell are the banks going to do with the ZIM notes anyhow?

Oh -you say there is a “secret” plan between the US and Zimbabwe to accept these notes and use them in exchange for these minerals. Really? Then why doesn’t the US government just go out on these internet sites and purchase tons of these defuncted, voided-out notes themselves and save lots of anguish and pain in all of this exchange process? Why didn’t the US buy up all the ZIM and put it in the federal reserve?

Oh – but you have an answer to this too. You say this is money they (the US govt) are “seeding” into society to do all these great and wonderful “humanitarian” projects. Again, another scam. Just rhetoric. I am so sick and tired of hearing about all these great and wonderful people who are going to give away all their money to such worthy causes. Really? I can’t wait to see how many of you SAINTS carry out your promises.

Most of you are idiots and would follow your guru if he/she told you to go jump off a high bridge and kill yourself too. My suggestion is to stop taking all these meds and clear you mind for sound and reasonable thinking. Maybe a good therapist can help you snap out of your guru trance.

Folks this is all nonsense and so please stop it with the ZIM. Just because you were gullible enough to buy does not make it a sound investment. My advice is to take you losses like a man, lick you wounds and move on.

I’ll be honest with you. This one is very sad and I do cry over this one. But again we all make our bed and now we have to lay in it!

IRAQ AND JORDAN SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF JOINT COOPERATION FOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION, RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE

The Ministry of Planning announced on Wednesday that Iraq and Jordan signed a memorandum of joint cooperation in the field of project implementation, reconstruction and rehabilitation of infrastructure.

The ministry said in a statement received by the Minister of Planning Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi and Jordanian Prime Minister Omar al-Razzaz, the Amman capital witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of project implementation, reconstruction and rehabilitation of infrastructure in Iraq".

"The memorandum was signed by the Director General of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Planning, Hanaa Ismail Ibrahim, and signed by the Jordanian side, Ahmed Al Yaqoub, the head of Jordanian contractors. The memorandum came into force after signing it for five years."

Al-Dulaimi stressed that the Iraqi Contractors Union has entered into the implementation of this memorandum to enhance cooperation between the Jordanian and Iraqi private sectors in the framework of the Ministry of Planning's efforts to strengthen partnership with the private sector, Ministry for Sustainable Development 2030 ".

He pointed out the importance of the memorandum in the development and exchange of experiences and research results and cooperation in the field of postgraduate studies and facilitate the task of completing the practical and scientific aspects of postgraduate students and facilitating the procedures of exporting Jordanian enterprises to Iraq to contribute to the reconstruction efforts and cooperation in the field of contracts and arbitration.

THE IMPORTANCE OF INVOLVING THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF IRAQ

A member of the board of the Iraqi Economic Council Baqir al-Mashat, on Wednesday, called for the importance of involving the private sector in the reconstruction of liberated areas.

"There are many private sector companies working nationally and have proven their ability to compete with government sector companies," said Mashat in a press statement read by Al-Ghad Press. He pointed out the importance of the Iraqi government's involvement of private sector companies in the programs and strategy of reconstruction of liberated areas.

He pointed out that "the private sector and investment is the only outlet today to support the government sector for the reconstruction of liberated areas, to adopt large and large projects in those areas, especially as the infrastructure needs large sums of money that private companies can provide."

LAUNCH OF THE MASTER CARD AFTER PROVIDING ELECTRONIC SHOPPING TO LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

The Ministry of Communications announced on Wednesday the launch of the Master Card after providing it with direct sales centers on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa.

The senior agent for technical affairs in the ministry, "Amir al-Bayati," in a statement in the newspaper "morning" and the official view of "the Iraqi position," The General Company for Post and Savings launched a new service for shopping through the passenger card "MASTER CARD USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF ELECTRONIC SHOPPING and purchase needs and supplies as well as booking tickets and other electronic shopping IN THE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.

(Mnt Goat – Folks that $25 dinars is now 25 cents. Really only 25 cents? )

He added that during the use of the card and the depletion of the amount it contains, are shipped and packaged according to the need of the citizen in the amount of money from ten dollars to 10 thousand dollars, and the card "Master Card" international card contains a secret number used by the citizen after the purchase of the card and can be activated through the number The mobile phone of the citizen and then reach a message with a secret "code" for his card and can not penetrate the account of the card in any form because it is fully insured in terms of entering information and "code" for each card.

(Mnt Goat – Oh – I get a kick out of all the sudden excitement by the gurus over this new card because they say its international. Haven’t these same gurus been telling you all along now for years that these mastercards were being using abroad already with a new RV rate? Of course this was false claims and only lies. I asked someone/anyone to show me the ATM receipts or bank statements to verify this claim. It has been years already and not one has come forth.

So any new international credit/debit card will need FOREX to find the rate first when converting to the country’s currency you are in when outside the country thus international. This is how it works. Get it? No lies just the TRUTH! So the questions is this - will they have the new reinstated rate on FOREX shortly for these cards to work internationally?)
