They say a FOOL and their money soon part!!! This has to be a classic case.

If in fact the checks are sent t Tony one would have to believe that his defense will be that it was unsolicited money. He was obeying the court order and he can not be leld liable for what his followers do. Much as some would like to make a mountain out of a mole hill, REALITY says that the burden of proof is on the accuser - unless evidence exists that Tony actually personally solicited the funds - experience tells us that nothing will be done to him.

The other side of the coin: IF, and that is a big if, in fact money is flowing as was reported one would think that the next step would be that someone had better be tracking it. One never knows which donation(s) have come from IRS or other government agencies as a means to prove fraud, tax evasion and other chargeable offenses. One would have to believe that is a distinct possibility.

Good Luck with the donation thing - the clock is ticking on that one.

I was thinking the same thing about the legal angle, I don't think he's barred from simply RECEIVING money rather he is barred from SOLICITING money or continuing to engage in his past activities that result in money being sent. If someone wants to send him money I don't see how that would be cause for prosecution as long as Tony refrains from doing or saying anything to encourage it.

If simply sending him money was enough to bring down the wrath of the law on him my check would have already been in the mail!

From what I remember from the trial, under the conditions of his Voluntary Surrender, Tony was barred from having anything to do with Dinar. In the screen shot from TNT Chat, donations are being solicited for TNT and then a couple posts later people were told to make checks out to "Tony Renfrow"..... isn't that a clear violation of Tony's agreement?

Most importantly..... Tony is under a COURT ORDER to not have anything to do with Dinar. I'm sure that also includes receiving donations. If he violates that, it voids the conditions of his voluntary surrender and he will picked up and taken directly to prison. Is that what you want for him???

I don't profess to know all there is to know about supervision, pre-confinement, activity related to Dinar or any of that. Somehow, people sending checks to Tony would likely not be a ping against him. Him cashing the checks after they were solicited on TNT in his name might be problematic for him. Don't know the status of PayPal, but if sheeple are still sending donations to Tony and have to select "goods and services" and he's taking that money, it might be problematic for him. If he doesn't report the income to the California Tax Equalization board and they catch him, he will be obligated to pay the highest tax rate on all that money.

If he fails to report the income to the IRS, well, it becomes HIGHLY problematic for him as that would be tax fraud/underreporting. (intentional) He would be completely STUPID to be arrogant and try it. (But because he IS arrogant and stupid, it's likely he will make a play for the money here.)

As far as his sentence goes, he has been sentenced for his activities in a previous scam and the justice system has done its job. I would have liked more, but it didn't happen and I accept the result.

NOW, there is a more recent scam in play here, and it's my fervent hope that a US Attorney accepts and prosecutes a case against Tony regardless of which Federal Agency(s) bring claims against him. IRS, Post Office, DOJ, Bureau of Prisons, Probation or any of the others, it's all good to me. The key is addressing and taking him down for THIS scam now. 14dailyplus is done and over with. Dinar is on the table. And I am hoping Sterling, DC, Adam, and any of the others interviewed by DOJ are singing like canaries and pointing the authorities to where the skeletons are buried. Tony can't hide the income unless he's laundering the money, and WHOLE new world of charges for him. And probably his family.

Upon his confinement, he's pretty much under the foot of the Feds and is highly vulnerable to catching new beefs. His ability to get continuances is likely to be throttled in a new case while he's under the supervision of the BOP.

So, I hold out hope for more pain and misery for the rotund one. Let the sheeple donate; they are beyond help anyway unfortunately. Keep the temptation of that revenue stream in front of him and see if he can keep himself away from trouble that would come with tapping into the money. People donating isn't a problem for him. Taking that money is, in my opinion.

So, Tony...... do you have the self control and desire to be law abiding to the point that you will stay away from the money? Or are you arrogant, entitled, 'clever,' and unable to keep yourself on the straight and narrow.

It remains to be seen

In 12 years maybe, assuming there still is an Iraq and they have not torn themselves apart or fallen completely to ISIL.
