Why do people blindly follow?

Why do people blindly follow?
Throughout this whole "investment" scheme, and indeed the new and different scams that show up almost everyday on the 'net, it has been obvious that people will follow without question the advice of total strangers, why? Would you buy a used car sight unseen and knowing nothing about it's previous owner? Would you take a strangers word for it's worth? Not likely yet these same people will blindly follow advice given by a total stranger on the internet and send off their hard earned money on a promise from that stranger, again why? People will find their way to a website and be impressed with that site owner's sales pitch and think, "wow this guy really knows his stuff", without ever stopping to think he just might be a slick talker scamming them out of their money! The internet has become a con-artists' dream and scams from seemingly legitimate offers to obvious absurd nonsense all attract people like moths to a candle and there seems to be no end in sight! No matter how many people have, and will, lose their money to these crooks there is always a new one to replace the one's that have already been burned.
Folks do yourself and your loved ones a big favor and approach any website with the utmost skepticism and caution. Never fall for a slick sales pitch based on extraordinary claims that are found only on the internet or even on that website.
Ask yourself questions!
Who is this person? What is their background? What makes them qualified to give such advice? And most of all ask, WHAT'S IN IT FOR THEM AND WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS?
It's extremely easy for someone with almost zero knowledge of a subject to appear to be very knowledgeable when they are in fact simply taking easy to find information and spinning it to fit their needs to create a phony expert image of themselves. This has become big business on the 'net and people are running all over themselves flocking to these phony experts for "advice" on everything from "investments" to the "real news", "investment advice" from those places is almost always 100% based on a scam of one sort or the other and "real news" is of the SuperMarket tabloid variety!
RESEARCH THESE PEOPLE!
Google is your real friend in these matters, spend a few minutes searching out that person and their background and if they have been around for any length of time their record, good or bad, will probably appear. If they are new then WAIT before placing any faith in them!
All this may seem extreme but it must be realized that the internet is literally teeming with scammers and flashy high tech looking websites is no guarantee what-so-ever of legitimacy!
People the internet is a literal mine field for people willing to invest money, TREAD CAREFULLY AND NEVER TRUST ANYONE'S INVESTMENTS SITE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEIR REAL PURPOSE IS!!!!!!!

Re: Why do people blindly follow?
Sorry to say it but in my view 80% of the people I've talked to & that's a lot since TONY TURD gave out my number are exactly the people who would buy a used car site unseen. I've noticed that a lot of them are evangelical Christians that follow their Churchs Doctrine without question. It's really wild but us freedom loving Americans are the most brainwashed people in the world. It starts from preschool when we are taught nudity is bad and from there everything to break down a persons individuality is used through tactics that has been hued through a couple of 1000 years by the church to make us about as useless as lips on a woodpecker LMAO. Like somebody once said "a sucker is born every minute" and I bet it could be said every second lol Happy Thanksgiving everybody Kenny Mike Diston Al Aziz LMAAAAAAAO

The proliferation of the scammers and scam sites pretty much prove the point you make, sad but true.
The scariest thing of all about these gullible people is that they vote!
