Baghdad and babysit -The official spokesman for the office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi, that the strategic framework agreement with the United States, not Iraq credited in international relations, especially regarding the expansion of the military and security cooperation, in reference to the Quartet Informatics cell between Iraq and Syria, Iran and Russia.
