What will happen if, and I stress if, they don't release and they do lose their WTO status and revert back to Chapter 7? Do we start all over again? This is the problem with people saying things have happened but only behind closed doors. It's complete BS and just causes confusion. Iraq is not totally released from Chapter 7 and they are not fully recognized by the WTO due to a couple of things. A currency being one of them. This poppy guy wrote 3 paragraphs and said absolutely nothing. Not too be negative but this he is part of the problem when he passes on info that is just not correct.

Sorry but I agree too with pouncer7...As far as the chapter 7 and the wto matter..I think Iraq can have the attitude of frankly I don't give a dam..That famous quote..I hope this happens as much as the next person..We have to remember how unstable Iraq has always been..Cannot compare this to Kuwait..This is a different ball game in a different park so to speak.. :bball:
