Went to BOA last week to get a new debit card. Told asst mgr we had foreign currency, he ASKED WHAT WE HAD , told him Vnn & IQN and we wanted to know if we could exchange there. He went to Pres. and was gone about5 mins.

I'm assuming that Pres. is short for president?  How the heck does an assistant branch manager at a small branch in bumble fudge Florida, have direct access to the president of one of the biggest banks in the world??
