Tony's Attorney Fee

It looks like Tony will have to pay his attorney for services provided. I wonder how the amount due is figured.....based on your net worth or will he receive the full bill?

ORDER APPOINTING COUNSEL AND REQUIRING PAYMENT BY DEFENDANT

Upon the oral motion of defendant for appointment of counsel, the Court finds for good
cause that counsel should be appointed to represent defendant, although the Court does not find that
defendant is financially unable to retain his own attorney.

IT IS, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT ORDERED:

l. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 3006A, the Court appoints as counsel for defendant
the Federal Public Defender for the District of Kansas.

2. Counsel for defendant shall maintain records and at the conclusion of this case file
with the Court an accounting of services, assessing in-court services and out-of-court services, and
shall also include any and all expenses incurred. The Court will then determine the amount to be
paid by defendant.

3. Defendant shall, thereafter, pay to the Clerk of Court the amount of attorney's fees
and costs the Court has determined should be paid.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

If he can afford an attorney...then I'm sure he should be able to float the couple hundred bucks A YEAR it takes to maintain his site.

Notice the highest "affiliate fee" is still under 10,000 dollars to avoid FinCEN reporting requirements.

And making $1260 a day for clicking on websites? Tony is a piece of garbage, but the people he snookered in 14dailyplus were greedy idiots.

Anyone know off the top of their head who the judge is and how to contact him/her? I'm sure I can find it out by looking around enough, but figured someone might already have the information at hand.

I also need to see if I'm able to find out who the Probation Officer is who is doing the PSI. All of these people need to receive any information as to what Tony has been up to since being indicted on the 14DailyPlus scam. Make a clear presentation, connect all the dots, provide back-up, etc. Help them by doing their homework. They most likely don't have the time or the knowledge that we, who have watched this TNT Dinar drama unfold, have.

It WILL make a difference as to the length of sentence that Tony receives!

Take the line all the way on the bottom. You pay $9000 to become an affiliate...and you will make $1260 a day for 10 days...totaling $12600. In total you're only making $3600??

It's either meant to be read that way, or it's possible (I have no idea) that you make the $12,600 plus somehow are refunded or retain or can roll over your initial $9,000.

Either way, it's a massive "guaranteed" (lol) return. Even if you figure after the 10th day, and you've gotten your $12,600, and your $9,000 is gone (i.e. you don't get anything more than the 1260 a day for 10 days and then you're out/done) that's still 40% in 10 days.

3600/10 days = $360/day. * 365 days that's over $131,000 a year. Pretty good income for doing nothing more than having 9 grand and clicking on some websites.

If you read the indictment there are people that pumped in upwards of 30, 50, or even 80 thousand dollars. I think Robert Montgomery wins the booby prize for pumping the most in, at nearly 90k. He obviously thought that he'd put in 10x as much as the "Diamond Executive Pro" and get 10x the return, i.e. $3,600 a day, or over 1.3 million dollars a year.

I just went to calculate the ROI per year that would be, and Bankrates investment calculator won't even let you enter anything more than 20% a year, yet Tony was promising nearly 40% A WEEK. Edward Jones won't let you put in more than 12%.

Anyway, by my calculations, if you pumped all your "profits" back into the Ponzi scheme (i.e. as soon as you'd gotten $9,000 back from Tony, you immediately bought another $9,000 "affiliate fee"), after one year, you'd have almost 2.3 million dollars. All from a SINGLE 9,000 dollar initial investment. About 25,000% a year return. If it sounds too good to be true...

Reminds me of a post I read on DV. Someone was saying "well, even if they lop we'll still probably make 3x our investment (which is totally false)" and a guy responded "I know tons of ways I can make 3x my investment in a year, I wouldn't waste my time on the dinar if I thought that was all I was going to make, I'm in it for the big money."

Which totally proves the total disconnect from reality that most dinarians have. If this guy really knew a way to make 300% a year on investing he'd be the most successful investor on the planet. He'd be richer than Bill Gates. Take 10 grand and make 300% a year and after 10 years you've got half a billion dollars. Instead he's had money in the dinar for 10 years and has barely made squat.
