Tony:  Good information coming from Iraq . . . and our banks and other places.  And even though we think it’s over, it’s still not over.
I recently found out that June 30th was the day agreed upon three weeks ago.  It was a prominent day yesterday.
We heard from several sources that things had been "initiated."  What does initiated mean?  This could happen in two minutes or two seconds. . . . There is a plan.  I'm not going to explain it to you.  Just let it play out.  Rates still there. 
                                       CURRENT WINDOW:    Window open again.  Everyone told to get their people, security                                                          in place once again, as this could go any time.   Tony:  For days now it's been pointing to Thursday.
Tony:   Already in the system globally.  Some numbers are showing and some not out of the five currencies we are dealing with.  I am Superfantastic!

IRAQ:    New banking laws went into effect today July 1st.  Told their people they would load the cards on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.  People who have never had a card loaded has it done today.  A Tony contact had his loaded at $3.91.  Yesterday a Baghdad contact said their's was loaded at $3.97.  Tony:  They could have upped it six cents.  I don't know (why difference).  An announcement may be low key.  Unknown if it will be to the international community, banking, etc.   Tony:  It may say "welcome back to global society" or something like that.

INTERNATIONAL:

UNITED STATES:     Tony:  In October there will be a jolt to our economy. It will be the 2nd phase of the GCR.   Will affect our dollar...you'll have to make sure after you get this money to put it in the right places & make sure your money is making money.  We've been talking about this for years now.  It's going to change the structure of the global economy.  The dollar is being directly challenged by the Yuan.

EXCHANGING:  Tony does not think if you use IQD or IQN it's important. He says banks are using IQD.  He said ask to see the screen for the rates, ask to see the rates of what they are talking about.

CLOSING STATEMENTS:
PAM:  I definitely agree you gave all you could and then some.  Already have thanked everyone 10 X’s over.  We’ve all chipped in and done what we could to help everybody.  . . It’s all of the helpers, transcribers and guest mods and people who gave information on all the sites in Dinarland.  We are all here together and help each other go to the same place.  Please remember paying it forward.
RAY:  When am I going to see it Wednesday?  Come back and ask me on Tuesday.
TONY:  Kiesha Kid’s is a foundation we are going to start afterwards.  Someone has already said they want to put the first $18 million in.  . . Maybe donating to another childrens foundation in Kiesha’s name would be a great thing.
Here is what we know right now today:  Everybody looking for this.  Open to it. Notified all the people, people on standby, in positions, make sure you go over your procedures again;  how this is going to operate.  Just ready to go.  Money being moved globally. 
Iraq telling their people right now that some kind of statement made in the coming days.  Today they said, “Day.”  They said the cards would be loaded Wednesday or Thursday.  Most loaded yesterday.  Other countries had a different rate and were exchanging back on Sunday.  They were the privileged. 
We just have to wait.  They have procedures in place, like two minutes after it goes through.  I can’t do that, obviously.  We still have Twitter, the sites.  We’ve discussed what we were told we’re going to do.

4 million cards are being mailed to citizens with a target date of August 21.


The public international revealing is supposedly several days after August 21. Time will tell!
