Does not look like there is an RV rate in any of these numbers. Ag bill is 20 billion Dinar, or approx. $17 million USD over a 4 yr. period to get the food production up to par in order to be able to feed their people. Sounds about right. If we were to look at this in RV'd amounts, of say $3.58 per Dinar, then this Ag bill would equate to $72 billion USDs. The retirement funds of 170,000 Dinar doubled to 340,000 = approx. $290 USD. Still a low amount in US standards.

Also the Kurds are to receive payment on only 550,000 barrels of oil out of 3.3 million per day, about 17% - exactly what we were told before. Nothing new in those figures.

Also pay close attention to the fact that Monday is the last day for the Members of Parliament to ask for changes to the budget before it goes BACK TO THE FINANCE COMMITTEE to make these changes and THEN a VOTE is to happen. This could very easily drag out for a week or more. Not being negative - just trying to be realistic in regards to what was published.
