Bank Story... Not what I Hoped for but Pleasantly Surprised

I spoke to a private banker today who sincerely had no idea about the revaluation of the Dinar/Dong. However, he called in (on the phone) a gentlemen from the Currency department and here's what he said "we won't be participating in exchanging the Dinar until the Iraq Government is stable." I smiled inside and told him that Iraq had a democracy for the first time in a long time as announced by President Obama. He then said "I think the Dong will revalue before the Dinar because Vietnam is more stable than Iraq." He hung up and I continued a lengthy conversation with the Private Banker about the history of this investment and he was sincerely thankful and he said he would be looking into the investment and would call me if he had more questions or if he found out more information.

So... Not exactly what I was hoping for but definitely headed in the right direction. It sounded like the currency department has moved from being scripted to educated a little. I chalk this up as good progress.

Response:
Wasn't this posted a while back. Same story? Same wording?
