That is the broadcast date, not calling anything. I believe he said to watch when the Market hit 20K.

Correct Kevin. Kim Clement has never mentioned dates nor has he every commented on any rate.
He does say though, that when we see the Dow his 20,000, is when he thinks there will be an RV.

Not to seem uninformed or anything, but - WHAT THE HEY DOES THE DOW HAVE TO DO WITH THE RV?
Seems to me this is about currency and not the American Stock Exchange.

My guess is nothing other than the fact it is a sign. With prophecy there is not always a connection per se. Look at how many times in the bible, there is a prophecy that when X happens, Y will come with no direct obvious connection.
