But I think I remember hearing that the application process was closed for recipients. Not sure as I have not received any other info on this for awhile. I do have a friend that actually received a letter but has not heard from them since then.

I am not sure exactly...I just know I filled out the app awhile back. I thought the group was called OP Compassion or something like that? Are they RV dependent or just for wealthy ppl who want to help those with financial needs?

Well... from my understanding, the basis of the funds comes from various trusts. The app that I filled out had 2 parts... one to apply for funds and one to give and had a place to fill in if you were invested in Dinar and wished to donate after the RV. I am not real sure of any other info though. I know that there are other members here that have much more knowledge and helped to process applications. Maybe that person can shed more light if they wish to. Smile

But I don't think it was just for rich folks to donate so they can have a tax right off. LOL
