Good Morning to all,

There is a lot of hype out there that the RV/RI is taking place. Do I believe that? No and here is why! This morning in Iraq in Dhi Qar news announced the article 140 financial distributions were going to be made to 1073 beneficiaries in Nasiriyah alone. These beneficiaries each are to receive 10 million Iraqi dinars. In US dollars that would be $11,660.00 at the rate of 1166. At a 1 to 1 RV rate, say removing the 3 zeros from the current exchange rate of .00086 at .86, that would be $8,600,000 US dollars, at 3.47 US dollars $34,700,000.00. The Iraq government, in their right mind, is not going to distribute 10 million Iraq dinars to 1073 people and that is not to say how many more distributions Iraq is making around the country and RV. It just does not make sense! Below is the article:

Now what I can tell you is this; the Finance Committee in Iraq is getting ready to host the central bank governor in the discussions about the exchange rate between the dinar and the US dollar, cash in the country and how to develop them. Also, in these discussions they will be talking about how those monetary policies are going to take place in the banking sector. The reason for this meeting is the recent drop in the value of the dinar at 1280 against the dollar. Below is the article:

In my opinion and as well as the opinion of the CBI, there has been more US dollars sold at auction than dinar. This is why the sudden drop in the dinar exchange rate to 1280. Until Iraq can get its people to be secure in the dinar, the people will not use it unless forced to, i.e. the distributions mentioned above.

In my opinion, once the people get used to using the dinar once again and they have spent most back into the market and the banks have collected most back, Iraq may do a hard RV and even then this may only be a test to see how long that process will take. And these different processes could go on throughout this year. Only time will tell and time we have a lot of!

Remember good People of this investment or as some say exchange, investing takes time, which is the risk in all investing, whether it is stocks, bonds, hedging, oil, gold and silver, even investing in mortgages. Time is the biggest factor in my opinion and time is what we have.

Again you are in a good place and had the opportunity to get in this type of investment. Put the dinar aside, like I have and forget it, until that day comes. It’s not a matter of if; it’s a matter of when.

I saw this at dinar recaps in the news section and had to come over here and read it. AJ sounds grounded with no hype.

Iraq will be in trouble come May 22nd! Watch for articles on the DFI funds if we do not see an RV/RI between now and then.

AJ, that is what I am most looking for these days...is leading up to MAY 23rd....but why do I have a feeling the U.S. is going to buckle and cave in to Iraqs demands and protect their money yet again.

To protect interests, but I would say I just have a hard time believing thats going to happen this time, but one problem I do see is, Iraq is not ready economy wise to do an RV above 1to1 right now.

Now that's quite a picture, aim88. I can see a bunch of camel jockeys gathered in their tents slugging back margaritas from their goat skins. Of course they have WIFI, so they're logged on, lurking in Dinar Daily Discussion, and commenting to each other, "Hmmmm, this bunch of infidels are not as gullible as those on Dinar Recaps. AJ, FYI, the executive order 13303, that allows people to invest in Iraq, WILL be recinded on May 22nd, 2013- I am thinking that MAYBE, there is a reason that we are being held up long enough, so when this order is ended, that we may have a problem- You may have already seen this else where- And I also believe that the BIG whales, may have already cashed out secretly, and will leave us holding the empty bag- I really do hope this is not the case, but we should have cashed out going on 3 weeks ago- Just food for thought-Not being negative, as I want this to come to fruition also, like the rest of you all here, something just doesn't seem right to me-Please correct me if I am wrong, but something is very fishy with the RV-

That EO 13303 order is self recinding and was given a 1 year extension last year by Obama. It will get another extension if Iraq does not get certain laws passed in time. No one had cashed out yet and if they did the RV in Iraq would have already taken place. The RV has not taken place in Iraq and if it had, they would not have distributed 10 million dinars to beneficiaries. The distribution would be more like 10,000 dinars at 1to1 and even less if the RV was higher and we would hear about that in the Iraqi news. I hope this helps and do you remember the extension of 13303 last year about this time?

13303 will more than likely be extended much like the DFI FUNDS...

I do not think that would be good for us. We would have to wait another 10 years! Taking away Iraq's DFI funds would put them back in the stone age.

AJ, I do remember the extension that was put in place last year, but what I'm saying is, IF they do not extend it THIS time, at the end of it, who knows if they will extend it again? I'm not so sure 'O' wants this to happen, and IF he does, it will be for him to benefit, and we'll get the 'crumbs', or whatever is left for us to cash out with, or maybe a lower rate?
