Two agree to finish modifying the Bank Act (TBI) during the next few days

Baghdad/features & status of the Iraqi media network – the Parliamentary Commission of economy and investment agreed with the Finance Committee to finalize the amendments to the law on the Bank of Commerce (TBI) through the link to the House rather than the Government.



Committee Member said al-Musawi, Salman (features & status of the Iraqi media network) that "the depth of the Sea Economic and financial decided to finish modifying Bill Iraqi bank for trading in the coming days to a second reading.



Moussaoui has denied the Bank had transferred funds out of the country for officials ", stating that" the (TBI) is one of the banks that are subject to the law and supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq ".



And Iraqi Trade Bank was established in 2003 in accordance with the law No. 20 of the then defunct Coalition authority, building on its Management Board has administratively and the Prime Minister of Iraq.



Bank officials say that the purpose of its establishment is to have Iraq interface outward financial regarding Iraqi State dealings with the outside world.
