My sister in law has neighbors who are Kurds who go back and forth from Florida to Iraq. They told her that they didn't think it would RV anytime soon because of what is going on in Baghdad. I know that we have a lot of intel. Are the Iraqi people fully informed about what is going on?

No! They have a hard time believing anything. Its been such a long time since they have seen good times. 30 years or so. I think I would be in their shoes if I ws destitute that long. Its sad really! AJ

Good question. I of course do not know what the Iraqi people know about the RV of their Dinar, but it would seem unlikely they would know more than we do...
The only reason I say this is because; if they were "fully informed" then so would the rest of the world - and that is not the case.
just my opinion...

milleriniraq, said they do not believe much of anything they are told. That they are more worried about putting food on the table with what little they do have.

It might be more accurate to assume that the "typical" Iraqi citizen is not keeping abreast of the machinations of the GOI. Just as it is so very typical of the average US citizen to be in the dark of how or what our government is up to. However, there also a decent portion of the Iraqi population that travel back and forth between the US and their home country, Iraq. In fact, some of the most reliable information that I have received is from Iraqi nationals.

My Iraqi friends are active investors in a variety of opportunities... The IQD is among their more speculative investments. Most of the Iraqi people I know have confidence in the possibility of an RV/RI. However, their time table is a good deal less optimistic than most guru intel would suggest.

DO NOT be so quick to discount the insight of the Iraqi people. DO NOT buy into the hype that the people of Iraq are destitute and uneducated. There is a large portion of the Iraq citizenry that are both educated and financially astute.

The fact of the matter?? In my opinion... The RV is not nearly as close as we would like to think. Again, my opinion is the RV will occur... Just not as soon as we would like.

Keep the faith.... Do not buy into the guru misinformation.

Go RV !!!
