Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Ministers held its meeting on Tuesday with the absence of the Kurdish Ministers.

An informed source stated to IraqiNews.com “The meeting was headed by the outgoing Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, where the Kurdish Ministers did not show up in the meeting.”
