Maliki  was to give a speech in bagdad and it was delayed hours until  they found enough people to fill the place . He never finished the speech since young  college kids booed him off the stage. maliki is not having too good of luck time to ramp up the violence and killings. A side note just read an article fromj one of our famous gurus kap and he says if maliki loses it  could take a year for a new gov. they will not survive 6 months  forget about a year.

at our weekly lunch we discused many things. first we are in agreement as  of now m will lose at the worst his voting block will be greatly diminissed. secondly in the beginning of may after the elections they will vote and pass the budget.there is much talk in the forum about them joing the wto and it sounds like any day. this is not true  . they are close but very important laws pertaing to busisness and banking  must be passed first as well as a better international currency must be done …
